Being rank unconscious can create challenges of power dynamics in interactions between individuals and within groups.  This workshop is designed to support a deeper understanding and inner work on the dynamics of rank and power.

A holistic transformative experience for change makers, social and corporate leaders.  Together we create a brave space for individual and group processes that support us to reconnect to our authentic self, vision and leadership.

youth solidarity leadership

This training gives tools and skills to young people and teenagers to enable them to navigate everyday challenges, meet with their peers and youth leaders, collaborate, create community and have a sense of belonging.

conflict resolution

Conflicts and disputes are part of our everyday life. This workshop provides the most effective skills and strategies for handling and resolving conflict in the workplace and our communities.

anti-bias & intersectionality

This workshop offers a deeper understanding of our biases, stereotypes and prejudices,  and the usage of intersectionality as a strategy to eliminate inequality and oppressions.

B(I)POC circle

These workshops and retreats are designed to address needs,  and everyday challenges faced by B(I)POC people. To hold space for resting, empowerment and healing processes.

gender equity

This training provides participants with the relevant knowledge and skills that will allow strategic change in the workplace and community. Also contributing to self-awareness for women and men and the LGBTQIA+ community.
