Our work focuses on creating space for personal, collective and systemic transformation. We are committed to experiential education and know that learning by doing has a strong, long-lasting impact. We centre what people know best — themselves and their own experiences. We integrate intuition and emotions with practical experience, theory and analytical thinking so that individuals and organisations can learn from their experiences and each other.

- Mediation - Conflict is an inevitable part of working in relationship with others and often involves strong emotions. We can support your group to engage with conflict proactively, and create the possibility for growth and change. Navigating through conflict can lead to better relationships, more inclusive and creative decision making, and less oppressive spaces.
